Given Joseph's past history and resume it is easy to understand his success in real estate. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls Texas, and also attended the MBA/Global Management program through the University of Phoenix. He is fluent in Italian, has good understanding of the French and Spanish language and has extensive negotiating and international business experience. He has held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies in both the aerospace as well as the consumer goods sector. He attributes his success in real estate to the corporate training and mentality he embraced for so many years.

When not selling real estate, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family. He's a member of local organizations such as the Lexington SC Chamber of Commerce, the National Home Builders Association and Columbia Home Builder's Association.
Joseph's hobbies, outside keeping up with his two children busy schedules of course, are coaching his son's Little League teams, watching a good 'ole ball game, or traveling.
