"When you look the word "Professional" up in the dictionary you will see Teri Grubbs name & picture. Our whole experience with her was Top Notch and above anything we could have ever asked for or expected.
When purchasing a home it is known that things can arise at any given time. That was definitely the case with us. It was never things we had control of but nevertheless issues did pop up. Such as issues like appraisal not coming back with the amount needed to close. This is were our Realtor Teri Grubb came in and suggested the best actions needed to take to benefit us in our best interest.
At times I can recall feeling a little discouraged and Teri would always have a positive attitude and made sure she assured me & my husband that we will indeed find our Dream home in due time. She always had positive vibes and a encouraging mindset. When it came time to making offers on homes we were interested in her real estate skills on the homes and market was always very knowledgeable and current. This was a plus for us in the sellers market that we were in to help us have a greater chance in getting our offers accepted.
Her negotiating skills we're superb which allowed us to have the sellers to pay most of our closing cost on our home we selected. That was magnificent in this market when homes were on the market for only one day before they got an offer placed on them.
When it came to communication she always responded in a timely matter. I never had an issue with getting in contact with her. Teri was always open to showing us homes even if it was on a Sunday or non major holidays.
I really could go on and on with all the great things that our family experienced while working with Teri Grubbs but we would then have to meet up over coffee....
