"I just wanted to send praises to the work Rena did in helping me secure my beautiful home. I told her many times that I couldn’t have done it without her and that is the honest truth. She was with me at every turn. She accompany me on viewing the property and helped me interpret language in the contracts/paperwork. She scheduled and attended meetings with the builder, home inspector, and loan officer. Rena supported me at the title company during my closing.
There was one document that I had previously signed without her reviewing it and that was a mistake on my part ( it did not happen again J). My experience with Rena was that she was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and the liaison between me and everyone else. She was extremely dedicated and I truly feel she had my best interest in hand. She even mentioned to me at one time that it was not just about the commission, but it was about making sure that I was 100% satisfied.There was a specific situation when we were meeting with the builder for what was to be the final walk-through and Rena was very unhappy with the condition of the home at the time of the walk-through. She went home that evening and reviewed the home inspector’s report to what the builder said they had completed and she provided the sales person with an email the following day explaining her dissatisfaction with the builders representative. The email went all the way up to the Area Manager and President who were also dissatisfied with their representative. The next time we met for the final walk-through, the Area Manager accompanied us and we had a completely positive experience and I closed on time. All I did was sit back and watch Rena do her thing. It was a great experience for me watching her work.
