Dallas and a local non-profit
organization is providing a total $5 million fund for more than 333 qualified
families to buy homes in the city of Dallas.
Homebuyers must meet all program requirements
to be eligible for down payment assistance and it’s on going
1. The purchase of a
primary, owner-occupied residence in the city of Dallas.
2. Only for household
earning 120% or less of the area’s median income, adjusted for household
3. At the event, you can
find out if you qualify for the program and reserve your funds for 60 days –
even if you haven’t yet found a property.

According to Wells Fargo, as of Feb
27th, more than 900 people already registered. Online registration is
currently closed. Walk-In appointments may be available and will be
scheduled on a first come first served basis.
