So how does my area of the metroplex stack up? Well, I say "my area", but I've sold houses from Fort Worth to Rockwall to Celina. I guess that makes ALL of DFW "my area"! None the less, let's see how some up & coming cities and towns made out. Here is the TOP 10: 1. Colleyville -- for you close to DFW Airport folks 2. Little Elm -- growing quickly, but still has a small town feel, also on the FBI's list of safest small towns in America 3. Friendswood -- a little out of my area, but hey, if you're looking for a home there, let me know & I'll hook you up 4. Flower Mound -- only three robberies were reported in 2011! 5. Sachse -- private sector business establishments has doubled in the last decade 6. Corinth -- the city has grown by 76% in the last 10 years 7. Keller -- was ranked 7th by “Money” magazine on its list of the Best Cities to Live in The U.S. 8. Leander -- just north of Austin, its population grew from 7,596 in 2000 to 27,079 in 2010 9. University Park -- home to Southern Methodist University 10. Cedar Park -- 17 miles north of Austin, “Family Circle” magazine named it one of the “Top Ten Places to Raise a Family”
"When my Wife and I bought our House the market was crazy. Inventory was very limited and quick action was necessary. During this tough time we needed a smart, tenacious, agent. We found these qualities in Kellye Demski. Kellye always brought us the latest listings and gave us sound advice on when to make an offer. Kellye showed great patience with us as we looked at House after House. We are very happy with our
purchase and Kellye made the buying process as painless as possible. We would definitely use Kellye again and refer her to Family and Friends.
