Why would a consumer need an
agent to represent them when building new construction?
1) The builder’s sales agent represents the builder, they are
not there to "help" the consumer.

representative will almost always give the appearance that sales prices are
non-negotiable. An experienced agent can investigate the recent market and then

responsible for paying the buyer’s agent’s commission. The builder normally has money set aside to pay
the buyer’s agent and there will be an agreement up front for the builder to

compensation or left in the builder’s pocket…
