Seriously cannot get over this market! There is great wisdom involved in pricing appropriately by doing homework! One of the many "keys" is to simply account as a team effort that if the traffic drive isn't presented within the first week to 10 days, everyone is approachable to re-price or open discussion to address possible issues.
