Buyers Call Me For Mary Kay Mansion

If you are a buyer interested in the Mary Kay Mansion in Dallas give me a call!  469---Wait....let me rephrase that so the listing agent doesn't get to upset with me.  If you are a QUALIFIEd buyer, and you know what that means.  You have to be able to pay the just over 3 million dollar asking price at some point.  You could pay cash or through the bank....but you have to qualify.  If I were the listing agent it would be the same drill.  Trust me, it's nothing personal!  

I call this the deal of the day.  In 2007 this baby was going for $5.7 million.  At this price for just over 11 thousand square feet you are looking at about $278 per square foot.  I have seen apartments in Chicago on HGTV that go for $1000 per square foot and they don't have a pink toilet! I don't have to tell anyone from Dallas why this mansion has lots of pink, but if you don't know, that is the trademark color of the company.  It is a single family home.  It has 8 baths, 7 fireplaces, and 6 bedrooms.  The pool is fantastic and out of this world cool.  But  what? You don't like all of that pink? How about the standard real estate agent answer....PAINT!
