I have been getting a lot of calls lately from buyers wanting to sell their home and get another home. They are wanting to put in contingency offers on homes so they can get there home sold and not have to move twice. They tell me that their co workers are telling them the market has gone down and they should have not problems. I let them know that I will be able to get their home sold very quickly as we are in an inventory shortage however would they like to take a contingency offer if they get multiple offers on their home? The answer is always no why should I? I let them know exactly that is what you are asking the seller to do for you. Is it a Sellers Market? The answer is yes it is. Good for the sellers homes are flying off the market in hours with multiple offers.
