Looking for something to do today? Well it's a great day to visit the Arts District. The DMA is always free, located off of 1717 N. Harwood St, right across from Klyde Warren Park. It’s free and open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit nashersculpturecenter.org. The Crow Collection welcomes The Year of the Horse with its annual Chinese New Year Festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Most of the big stuff happens out on Flora, so you can see acts perform, for free, on four different stages. Last year’s festival brought in 10,000 people, so it may be a good idea to uber or carpool for easy parking and transporting. Visit crowcollection.org for more details. Cheers to a happy new year of the horse!

"I had the good fortune of working with Elena to find a home in a tough, tough market.
Elena very quickly grasped what my partner and I were looking for, and was able to find houses that were right up our alley. The market made offers and transactions real work; Elena was undaunted. She refused to let us get discouraged, and battled through obstacles to snag us a sweet, charming place to hang our hats!
She stuck through even after the deal closed, when some small issues arose... which we could not address as we were out of town.
This woman gets it done!"
