"“As a first time home buyer, I was in need of a realtor who was willing to guide me through the process with kindness, patience, and understanding. Diane made the process as wonderful as it could possibly be. I cannot even begin to describe how easy everything was with Diane. As soon as I told her that what I was looking for, she had a list of homes to look at the next day. She was extremely flexible about meeting with me and patient with answering all of my millions of questions. She was always flexible and willing to work with my schedule and to show me homes. Whenever I needed anything, Diane was easy to get a hold of and prompt with her responses. She walked through every step with me and made what can be a stressful, overwhelming process, as stress free and enjoyable as possible. The second I found the house I loved, she was on the phone with the builder to discuss an offer so we would not miss out on it. Every step was rather seamless. Diane even spent over an hour with me walking through the house to find things that needed to be fixed before closing. There is nobody else I would recommend to someone looking for a home. Diane is a superb realtor who will make finding the home of your dreams possible. It would be hard for me to believe that anyone could be easier or more helpful to work with!”"
