Don't mess with Texas when it comes to being one if not the most happening state in the country. Dallas is the 2nd fastest growing city in the country according to a report I found today, Austin is first. But it's not always about being first. It's about moving forward and that's what both of these Texas cities are doing. The Lone Star State capitalized on low taxes and cheap real estate to draw in jobs from the rest of the country. To construct this list, data was pulled from Moody's Analytics on the 100 largest metropolitan areas, giving extra weight to projected economic growth and subtracting points for low median incomes and high unemployment rates. The result is a list of cities that aren't just growing, but creating opportunities. So, be proud my fellow Texans! Opportunity and great real estate deals are here in Dallas! Go get it!

"Trenton was a godsend when we desperately needed help. We were first time home buyers we absolutely no clue what we were doing, but Trenton stuck with us and walked us through every step. We had a house that we wanted even though it wasn't in his area of operations he still help secured it for us and all the things we wanted he got it done for us. He fought the fights that needed to be fought and won. He was always available to us at anytime and everyday. I cannot thank him enough for helping me and my family get the home of our dreams."
