Deep Ellum in Downtown Dallas, Texas is hosting a 4 day pop-up park from April 29th to May 2nd. With its' best day being on Saturday! They are calling it Crowdus Pop-Up Park Plaza located , naturally, on Crowdus Street.
“We’ll have multiple stages up, we’ll have performers, we’ll have circus acts, we’ll have movies, we’ll have public art and places for people to sit,” Rik Adamski with Ash & Lime stated. Lot's of food and fun for the whole family!
The park is being set up to show the citizens of Dallas what it would be like to have a plaza in the heart of Deep Ellum. Bringing new life to the area and inspiring everyone to come out and have a good time.
Dallas is actively trying to restore certain parts of the city and this would be a great way to "test" out the theory. So go down to Deep Ellum and take a look at the "patch of green" they have temporarily created!
