Determining a Home's Real Value...


One of the biggest challenges facing real estate Buyers, Sellers, and Investors today is evaluating and assessing a property (home) according to accepted real estate criteria and arriving at its true value based on its current condition.  After trying for years to find a single product and/or service that would give our clients that unbiased viewpoint, and insight into actionable options that would enable them to maximize their return on investment, we determined that none existed.


The alternative was, and still is, the status quo in real estate!

Step #1: The real estate agent prepares a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) showing recent comparable sales in the area.

Step #2: The real estate agent utilizes multiple products and/or services requiring countless hours scheduling, meeting, reviewing, and then trying to extrapolate relevant property value and current condition information from those multiple findings and recommendations.

Step #3: The real estate agent spends even more time compiling all that information and then translating it into an understandable viewpoint, and accompanying document.

Step #4: The real estate agent presents and explains the results to the client.

Step #5: The real estate agent protects the interests of the client in negotiations with the other Seller or Buyer or Investor and their real estate agent who are acting on their own viewpoints and individual and collective due diligence in a complex, and emotion-filled home buying and/or home selling experience.
