Does FHA require a missing range/oven to be replaced?
FHA does not require a range, or other appliances. However the appraiser should determine functionality and if not working or absent, should consider, account for and analyze the effect on value non-working or absent appliances has on the marketability.
Additionally, if appliances are removed from the property due to vandalism prior to the acceptance of a sales contract, they are not required to be replaced but if the appliances are damaged or removed due to vandalism after acceptance of the sales contract, they will be required to be replaced or repaired.

"Trenton was a godsend when we desperately needed help. We were first time home buyers we absolutely no clue what we were doing, but Trenton stuck with us and walked us through every step. We had a house that we wanted even though it wasn't in his area of operations he still help secured it for us and all the things we wanted he got it done for us. He fought the fights that needed to be fought and won. He was always available to us at anytime and everyday. I cannot thank him enough for helping me and my family get the home of our dreams."
