If you live in Allen -
and have a kiddo that attends Allen High School or Curtis Middle … or you like to grocery shop at Wal-Mart in Allen - then get prepared for
a little more traffic than your used to!
is expanding. To some - this may not be a big deal... but to those of us that use
several times a day – it’s turned into a "grin and bare it"
The project is in progress and will expand two sections of the road. One
section between Alma Drive
and Highway 75 - and another between Greenville
Avenue and Allen Heights Drive.
Lane closures are in our future... with the Watters Road intersection between Bossy
Boots and Raintree Circle
getting the brunt of it.
Good news to this, though. They are planning to reconstruct the entire Watters Road and Exchange Parkway intersection.
If you have ever driven your car over that sweet section of Exchange - then you
(and your poor car) know what I'm talking about! The big bump in the middle of
the road is enough to make you believe that your car is going to sue YOU
for Personal Injuries!
Although my car and I are looking forward to the smoother transition
driving down Watters and crossing Exchange
Parkway - I can't say that I am in love with the
lane closures. Then again... I guess that's what happens when you
live in a town that’s population is growing like wildfire and is full of
awesomeness like Allen!

"Trenton was a godsend when we desperately needed help. We were first time home buyers we absolutely no clue what we were doing, but Trenton stuck with us and walked us through every step. We had a house that we wanted even though it wasn't in his area of operations he still help secured it for us and all the things we wanted he got it done for us. He fought the fights that needed to be fought and won. He was always available to us at anytime and everyday. I cannot thank him enough for helping me and my family get the home of our dreams."
