"What I like about Josh is that he is a multipurpose Realtor. Before I could sell my home I needed some minor construction done. After many attempts to find someone that I liked, I found Josh on the local neighborhood Nextdoor website. Sent him a message and he responded by the next day. Made an appointment for an estimate and hired him the same day.. he did mention that he sold houses as well since he knew I was about to put my house on the market. We worked out a deal and he listed my property. I believe we had an offer on the house within a couple of weeks. However a week away from closing the buyers backed out. Not a day later we had another offer and I accepted the offer. The good thing is that we sold the property for $25,000 more than I was originally going to list it for.
