I have the pleasure of working with a lot of first time home buyers. My question to these excited and fantastic clients is always the same -- have you been preapproved yet? I always let them know that as an agent, I can't submit an offer on a home without a preapproval letter. Some clients already know this, but some do not and it's my job to advise everyone so that the home buying experience can be a stress-free as possible.
If you are considering buying a home and you do not have a lender chosen yet, please allow your agent (ME) to suggest a reputable, service friendly and reliable lender. The lender you choose ultimately can either make your buying purchase smooth and easy or can cause a lot of delays and headaches. A good lender can help you determine if you are eligible to receive a preapproval letter immediately. If you aren't eligible immediately and there are some issues that need to be resolved beforehand, they can guide you with each step helping you get closer to your goal of owning a home. A lot of first time home buyers do not realize the importance of this and that's okay!
Please call, email or text me at anytime for more information. I'm here to help your new home purchase go as smoothly as possible. I promise to work incredibly hard for you.
Have a great weekend!!

"Trenton was awesome. He helped us to sell our home above asking price, within the first day that it went active. He also helped us to find our dream home AND negotiate a great price (well below asking price). He also has a great team of lenders that he put us in contact with who helped the process be seamless! I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
