FRONTIER FORTS DAYSTexas frontier life is the inspiration for this celebration in Fort Worth's Stockyards National Historic District. Expect to see military history re-enactors taking part in parades; infantry, artillery and cavalry demos; and discussions of what frontier life was like. May 13-14.
TASTE ADDISONThis family-friendly food and music festival returns after taking a two-year break. This reinvented Taste Addison will include pay-per-bite samples from local restaurants, live music (the Band Perry is the fest's headlining act), cooking demonstrations and a children's activity area.
