There are always 2 sides to every issue. In this case it's the The Spring Creek Forest Preserve in Garland. The old-growth Garland Forest is going to get trails for you to enjoy on it's 70 acre preserve. According to the Dallas Morning News, the county and city broke ground in December on a 2.5 million dollar trails project. The trails, however, violate the bylaws of the Preservation Society for Spring Creek Forest because they are concrete. Another official says when a paved trail is put in a park it's so not only can people enjoy the park but it keeps them on the right path. The preserve has vegitation that dates back 300 to 500 years and is unique to the area. The plan is to complete more than 2 miles of paved trails in two phases by late 2013.

"Trenton was a godsend when we desperately needed help. We were first time home buyers we absolutely no clue what we were doing, but Trenton stuck with us and walked us through every step. We had a house that we wanted even though it wasn't in his area of operations he still help secured it for us and all the things we wanted he got it done for us. He fought the fights that needed to be fought and won. He was always available to us at anytime and everyday. I cannot thank him enough for helping me and my family get the home of our dreams."
