One question I'm frequently asked by buyers is how the schools are in the area they are considering purchasing their home in. It's a fair question because we all want the our children to attend the best schools. Answering it is a bit tricky as what one person may think is the greatest, another may think is the absolute worse school ever.
One resource I frequently point clients to is greatschools.org. Schools can be found by name, zip code, or proximity to an address. In addition, parents will find information about helping with homework, parenting dilemmas, and learning difficulties to name a few. There's even worksheets and activities that can be printed out to help your child (or yourself) understand different subjects.
When you find the school you want your children to attend, contact me for a list of available homes in the area at RealtorThelma@gmail.com or 972-365-6303. I'll be happy to help!

"“I have known Diane for many years and when it was time to sell my mother’s home and move her to a senior living retirement community, I called Diane to list the house. She was very professional, yet sensitive, to my mother and took the time to explain the process in detail., and answered all questions to our satisfaction. She kept us informed every step of the way and was very responsive to anything we needed. The entire process was smooth and efficient and we were thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Diane –she is a joy to work with!”"
