Inventory of Homes for Sale 604 793 -23.8%
Months Supply of Inventory 2.0 3.2 -36.6%
With the dwindling supply of homes available for sale in Frisco and lower number of days on market the implications are good for sellers. And while the average sales price did decline 4.3%, the median price increased 8.4% which may mean more higher priced homes are selling.
