The March 2013 Housing statistics for Anna, Texas are
mixed: some numbers up, some numbers
down and some numbers had little to no change.
But make no mistake; the future is bright for this city. Recently, Collin County Commissioner Chris
Hill shared that Anna is projected to be the 3rd largest city in
Collin County at build out. That would
be right behind Plano and McKinney. Granted, that’s a projection
that will likely take 30 to 40 years to play out but McDonald’s clearly put
their stamp of approval on Anna by announcing the opening of a new McDonald’s franchise. Then there are all those building permits
that were issued last year: 380 in all.
