The May housing numbers have been compiled and distributed by The Collin County Association of Realtors and the news continues to be good for Anna homeowners!
Comparing May 2016 to May 2015 here’s what CCAR reported for housing sales in the city of Anna:
Average sales price rose from $176,403 in May 2015 to $206,684 in May 2016, a 17.2% increase.
The median sales price rose from $164,000 in May 2015 to $197,450 in May 2016, a 20.4% increase.
In May 2015 there were 58 new listings reported, May 2016 was down just a bit to 50 new listings.
The % of list price received rose from 98.5% in May 2015 to 99.1% in May 2016.
In May 2015 there were 59 Listings under contract compared to 48 in May 2016.
The days on market before sale was 42 days in May 2015, it dropped to 25 days in May 2016.
