It's always nice to see that mortgage rates seem to keep falling. However, it's not so nice to see that little sentence at the end of the story. The one that states "Yet many Americans either can't take advantage of the rates". But, how do you know if you don't try? At JP and Associates Realtors we have lenders ready to help you know what you can or can't qualify for. I saw in The Dallas Morning News that the 30 year rate has fallen to 3.89%. That's better than 3 weeks ago when they were at 3.91%. The Associated Press article was even better if you could take advantage of a 15 year which is like 3.16%. So, you should feel bad about yourself and just give up on a home because maybe the rate for you is 4.5%? Maybe you should think of it this way. A mortgage is a personal thing. It's really done on an individual basis and why bother with keeping up with the guy next door. The homes out there are not going to be there forever. Someone is going to buy the one you love if you don't get prequalified and at least try.

"Trenton was a godsend when we desperately needed help. We were first time home buyers we absolutely no clue what we were doing, but Trenton stuck with us and walked us through every step. We had a house that we wanted even though it wasn't in his area of operations he still help secured it for us and all the things we wanted he got it done for us. He fought the fights that needed to be fought and won. He was always available to us at anytime and everyday. I cannot thank him enough for helping me and my family get the home of our dreams."
