To Stage…or Not to Stage? That Is the Question! Some Highlights
"We cannot say enough about how thrilled we are that Kandi was realtor. We were moving here from out of town and didn't know any realtors but she came recommended to us so we took a chance...SO glad we did! She immediately started searching for us and walked side by side with us through our entire 3 month search. My husband and I are incredibly picky (high maintenance some would probably say) when it comes to buying a home. But Kandi was patient, kind, and always willing to help. She showed us SOOOOO many houses, but she had the same bubbly, kind, willing attitude on the 100th house as the 1st. We bounced all over the metroplex, and I mean all over, but every area we viewed she was prepared and knew her numbers and comps. She fought for us every time we needed her and we felt so happy to know she was handling our negotiations. We highly recommend Kandi, she is fantastic, you will be so glad you trusted her with this process.
