As outlined in the press release on their website and reported by BusinessWire, PFSweb expects to initially add 350 jobs to the local Allen community, then another 300 jobs over the next 10 years.
What type of jobs will be created? Those that support PFSweb’s business services, which their website defines in this way: “Companies partner with PFSweb to launch new online initiatives, enhance or re-platform their current eCommerce offering or streamline their business-to-business operations.” With an array of clients varying from Gerber Childrenswear, Carter’s and OshKoshB’gosh to The Home Depot and TSC Tractor Supply Co. their range is quite broad.

Regarding housing for these two cities, the Collin County Association of Realtors reports the following for February 2012: the average home sales price last month for a home in Allen was $203,889 with the average number of days on market of 70 compared to an average sales price in Plano of $254,690 with 84 average days on market.

"Trenton was a godsend! Before meeting Trenton, I had worked with another agent for nearly two months. She was unresponsive and never recommended any properties. I was doing all the work on my own. Within 4 days of meeting Trenton I had visited several properties and put in an offer on the home I ended up buying. If you are looking for someone that really cares and wants to help you find the perfect home, Trenton is the man! "
