Welcome home! This week I helped two first time home buyers find their forever homes! They were as different as different could be. One was a young, successful couple looking for a million dollar home in which to raise their family, and the other was a single lady that wanted to be close to her office and have a yard for her dogs. But the one commonality that they had was that their new home had to have the right feel for them. That "FEEL" of home is different for everyone, but you will know it when you find it. One of the things that both homebuyers noticed is that the pictures of the homes weren't always what we saw when we arrived. They came to the conclusion that even though the house looked great or in some cases not so great on camera, you can't FEEL the house from looking at it on line. Sometimes the camera did not do the house justice, other times, it looked SO much better in the pictures. So as a buyer what do you do? You need to call an agent and get out there and look and "feel" whether that house is right for you. Sometimes it takes looking at several houses to find the right feel.
