The October 2013 stats are in and the numbers continue to
move in the right direction for the city of Anna. Here are the October 2013 home sales
statistics from the Collin County Association of Realtors:

I’m happy to report that I was
able to contribute to the outcome of those statistics assisting in raising the
closed sales reported, average and median sales prices and lowering the number
of days on market before sale last month in Anna. A common misconception is that the holidays are not a
good time to list your home. That is not
always true! And with the average and
median sales prices moving up, the number of days on market moving down and a
decrease in the inventory of homes for sale these are all good signs for homeowners
