"I couldn't have asked for better. I worked with Sarah for the purchase of our amazing new home in our amazing new town. The process that others discuss as stressful could not have been easier for me. Sarah was on the phone with inspectors, the sellers realtor, or my lender, immediately if any issue came up. Beyond anything I would have expected from a realtor, when we had to have a Structural Engineer come out to inspect, she and her daughters came out the Saturday before the inspection and helped us do some repairs outside to assist us in passing the inspection. (It was hot and sweltering that weekend, and the property was over an hour from her home.) But there she was with tubes of grout and tools. She is also very family oriented. She brought gifts for my daughters to help occupy them while I was busy signing papers, and even brought her own daughters as friends for my girls during this entire process. All along this way it really felt like there was another family helping us in this process. Again, I couldn't have asked for better. She did her very best, aggressively searched and suggested homes, returned calls/texts not just quickly, but immediately. She was a fair negotiator on the issues we had to go back and forth on with the seller. (And by fair, I mean she was fair to both sides). I am a tenacious haggler and so I did save some money by making some decisions that offered less to the buyers than what she suggested. But her caution on those issues may have kept me from making an offer so low the seller didn't even consider it so I saw us as a great match.
