With the market the way it is right now it is actually a
very good strategy to price your home under 10% of the actual market price.
Most often you will be able to sell the home more than 10% of the actual market
Reason being is that buyers out there notice a home that’s underpriced
and they jump on it like it is not going to last which causes a bidding war and
you end up getting more then you expected. Many of you are thinking that
pricing it low may discourage bidders but the truth of the fact is if you have
not received enough bids for your listed property then you actually haven’t priced
it low enough.

been on the market they automatically think something is wrong with the house
so they hesitate to even visit that property or put an offer in.
