I've worked with 3 different realtors over the years and I can tell you that Mark Fischer is tops! He's a great guy to work with and I can honestly tell you that he worked his tail off for me! He was very accommodating to my schedule and would go the extra mile to be there at a convenient time for me. One thing that I especially liked, is that he had worked in the mortgage industry prior to becoming a realtor, so he has insight that most realtors don't. His mortgage experience really came in handy when trying to determine whether or not I could actually afford a property that I was interested in, the versus on money down as opposed to cash on hand, as well as the process in general and what to expect in terms of turnaround times, etc. Another thing that really worked well is Mark's straight forward approach, which is definitely a no b.s. approach. He had no problem telling me when he thought something was a bad or risky deal or a really great value, rather than just pushing the quick commission agenda, but he was not pushy at any time. We looked at quite a few properties, and he zero'd in on what I was looking for and patiently targeted our searches, even when I initially I had a list of things that I thought I wanted that evolved through the process of searching. He regularly sent me new listings and comparables so that I had a complete picture.
