There are countless factors that play into selling your
home. Price is the first that comes to mind for many and for good reason. Price
is crucial to successfully sell your home. Pricing your home too high you run
the risk of losing potential qualified buyers and your home staying on the
market for countless days. We all know that if you see a home that has been on
the market for over a month in today’s booming North Texas market the first
thought is “what’s wrong with this home, why is it still on the market”. It isn’t worth the risk of wanting an extra
few thousand for your home because the longer it sits on the market the less
likely you are to get the asking price and losing even more money. A licensed
