I showed my clients a property in The Colony yesterday which had a very generic-looking 1990's kitchen. The sellers could really increase the appeal of that kitchen by swapping-out the tired white appliances and by painting the generic cabinets brown or black and maybe adding some new hardware to the cabinet drawers and doors. These relatively inexpensive updates would likely help the property sell quicker and for more $$.
