Joseph or JP, as his friends call him, and family reside in Lexington. Having experienced tough relocations first hand, while climbing the corporate ladder, JP knows how important making any move is for you and your family. All the pieces of the puzzle have to go together as smoothly as possible, after all making a move generally entails more than just selling or buying a home. Joseph and his wife know first hand how difficult making a transition is. One of their biggest challenges in life was moving from Texas to Milan, Italy with a new born to take on a new assignment. As fortune would have it, they managed to have a great experience and end up right here in Lexington where they have been raising their two children.
Joseph has always been successful in real estate. In his first year he managed to sell over six million dollars in real estate. He was also featured in the National REALTOR Magazine, and received several local awards for outstanding service to the real estate industry. Honesty, diligence and a strong desire to succeed has catapulted Joseph and his team in the top of all REALTORs in the Greater Columbia South Carolina region. Joseph is also a Circle of Excellence Recipient, Presidents Club Member, Chairman's Club Member and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.
Given Joseph's past history and resume it is easy to understand his success in real estate. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls Texas, and also attended the MBA/Global Management program through the University of Phoenix. He is fluent in Italian and French and has extensive negotiating and international business experience. Joseph has held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies in both the aerospace as well as the consumer goods sector. He attributes his success in real estate to the corporate training and mentality he embraced for so many years.

When not selling real estate, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family. He coaches his son's little league soccer team (GO Red Bulls!), and supports the University of South Carolina Gamecocks. He's also involved in local organizations such as the Sons of Italy chapter in Columbia, the National Home Builders Association and Sales and Marketing Council. He volunteers his time with organizations such as Habit for Humanity and March of Dimes.
Joseph's hobbies, outside his two children of course, generally involve riding his Harley, boating on beautiful lake Murray, or watching a good 'ol ball game.
