Joseph or JP, as his friends call him, and family reside in beautiful Lexington South Carolina in Lake Murray country. Having experienced tough relocations first hand, while climbing the corporate ladder, JP knows how important making any move is for you and your family. JP and his wife Jen are members of EXIT Real Estate Solutions, one of the leaders in the local real estate community and part of EXIT Realty one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the world, with independent offices right here in Lexington, Lake Murray and Columbia SC.
Honesty, diligence and a strong desire to succeed have driven Joseph in the top percentage of all REALTORs in the Greater Columbia South Carolina region. Some of Joseph's accolades include Circle of Excellence, Presidents Club Member, Chairman's Club Member and Multi-Million Dollar Producer Ring.
Given Joseph's past history and resume it is easy to understand his success in real estate. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls Texas, and also attended the MBA/Global Management program through the University of Phoenix. He is fluent in Italian and French and has extensive negotiating and international business experience. Joseph has held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies in both the aerospace as well as the consumer goods sector. He attributes his success in real estate to the corporate training and mentality he embraced for so many years.

When not selling real estate, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family. He also volunteers as the National District Representative for Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He is a strong supporter of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks athletic teams, a Dallas Cowboys and a Red Sox Fan! He's a member of local organizations such as the Lexington SC Chamber of Commerce, the National Home Builders Association and Columbia Home Builder's Association, JP and his family are Christians and attend service at the Harvest in Lexington.
Joseph's hobbies, outside his two children of course, generally involve boating on beautiful lake Murray, coaching his son's Little League teams at the Lexington YMCA or watching a good 'ole ball game playing his guitars, or simply relaxing...
