Benny Gross - Associate Broker
Benny was born and raised in the north Dallas area along with his two younger sisters. As a child, Benny had aspirations of being an NBA superstar and a comedian, but those dreams failed to materialize. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
Benny was taught at a young age that if you want success in life, you have do your best and pray that it’s blessed. So that’s what he did.
After getting his bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, Benny worked for a decade as an outside sales representative in the home furnishing and home improvement industries, which greatly prepared him for the career change he was called to make.
Benny got into the real estate industry in 2013 when he and his family moved to back to Texas from Portland, Oregon. At the time of the move, he and his wife had a one year old son and were also expecting identical twin girls. Excited to be back home (with some more responsibilities), Benny was focused on building his business in order to provide for his now family of five.
As his career advanced, Benny found his stride working with first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to upgrade. He’s an expert in negotiating with builders on new construction homes, and the growing north Texas market provides ample opportunity to win big for his clients.
Throughout his career, Benny has earned numerous accolades, including top producer awards year after year. He has also hosted numerous real estate award banquets in Dallas, TX, at popular venues like The House of Blues, Gilley’s, and The Bomb Factory.
Currently, Benny lives in Frisco, TX, with his wife of 13 years and their 3 lovely children. In his free time, he enjoys playing games his kids, coaching little league baseball, and spending time with friends and family.
Benny aims to provide the highest level of service to his clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
