My name is Alden Chiu. I've been a Realtor since 2015 and investing in real estate since 2013. I was born and raised in Midland/Odessa, TX (Friday Night Lights Style). I went to school at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Public Relations and business foundations degree and later went on to work as an account executive with Yelp, Inc in Scottsdale, AZ.
Since then, I've launched my real estate business which includes helping my customers in residential, multi-family, distressed properties or commercial sales or leases. I did about $3 million in production my first year in Real Estate and then $5 million my second year.
I'm an investor-friendly Realtor and am uniquely qualified to help those customers as I've done several flip and rental properties for myself and others.
Also I speak Mandarin Chinese so customers with specific language needs or comforts can be taken care of.
In addition, I'm a young guy, so I work very well with my age group, but I've worked a lot with relocation so I've developed the rapport to help veterans, retirees, and corporate relos.
