"Paul just sold my home at 417 Saddlebrook Drive in Garland Texas. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market and my home sold in less than 3 weeks. I had a friend tell me to try and sell it myself (for sale by owner) but I just did not have the time or expertise do that. I glad I did not take that avenue. I must have called Paul 30 times leading up to the sell and he always answered his phone and had the answers to my questions. A lot of those calls were after normal hours. He had a great marketing plan for my home, face book, etc. But I think the video tour of my home played a big role in the sell. He was really great at marketing my home. I think a lot of agents might simply list the home on MLS and sit back and wait. Paul was very, very active and, as a result, I had 20 showings in a week and a half....
